Before anything else I need to let you know that I was not born female I am a Pre-Op transgender female and I am in the very early stages of becoming a female/girl/woman. I am now on HRT and have bee since November 2017. So I am well into having treatment to enable me to become as female and as feminine as is medically and physically possible with the help of Hormone Replacement Treatment (HRT) and in time Gender Reassignment Surgery (GRS) .
